Experience: 15+ Years (1-2 implementations and 1-3 years of Support Experience) Mandatory Skills: Finance and Controlling (BOTH) & S/4 HANA (Hands-On) Responsibilities: Implementation / Roll-Out / Support  Flexible to work across Work Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore JD- SAP FICO Functional Expert serves as a subject matter expert for the business in the area of SAP ERP Finance and Controlling (FICO) and its business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Treasury etc.). He is accountable for the solution design and configuration of new business process solutions, continuous improvements and for the ongoing operational support of these business process solutions. He is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the SAP ERP FICO module and direct configuration that is needed. Handle issues with AR, AP, GL, CO PA, Asset & Controlling. Prepare Functional Specifications and Test cases Support client during UAT and month end closing Engaging business stakeholders to understand and analyze business issues, goals and requirements. He/ She will gather requirement, design, configure, test, and implement changes. Producing a consistently high standard of documentation, both in a technical and a descriptive nature. Working with the business to analyze, design, develop, implement, and measure business processes and data flows, often applying process/data analysis and improvement techniques. Generating innovative approaches to existing problems or new opportunities in order to enhance results or maximise potential through researching potential solutions and innovative ideas.
