Job Title: Quality Systems Supervisor Location: Mequon, WI. Salary: $50 - 60k (Based on Experience) Requirements: Prior experience (5 years) in Quality Assurance or Quality Control. Leadership experience. Position Overview The Quality Systems Supervisor for 2nd/3rd Shift will oversee the implementation and management of quality systems within the production environment. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and promotes a culture of quality throughout the organization. The supervisor will lead quality assurance initiatives, monitor processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product integrity and safety. Key Responsibilities • Supervise the quality assurance team on the 2nd/3rd shift to ensure compliance with quality standards. • Develop, implement, and maintain quality systems and procedures. • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, ISO). • Coordinate and lead process validations for various production lines including steam tunnel, liquid film, wipes, liquid fill, sealers, and cappers. • Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices. • Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks. • Collaborate with production teams to enhance quality performance and address quality-related issues promptly. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Quality Assurance, Engineering, etc.). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality systems supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance (FDA, USDA, ISO). • Experience with process validations and quality systems management. • Ability to work effectively on 2nd/3rd shift hours. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
