The Patient Engagement Specialist is a key field-based member of the Market Access Patient Services team responsible for contacting designated accounts and providing support to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs... We are seeking well qualified, bilingual (English-Spanish) speaking candidates who live anywhere in the central US from Texas to Minnesota. Primary Responsibilities • Serves as the primary HCP interface for the insurance support, problem resolution, access support, office staff, education • Work with a 3rd party insurance support partner and specialty pharmacies as the primary point of contact • Work collaboratively with all appropriate field roles, HUB case mangers, sales, national accounts, reimbursement specialists Qualifications/Experience • BS, BA required; BSN preferred • Case management, patient services, or pharmaceutical market access experience • At least 2+ years in a specialty pharmaceutical field-based role- preference for "rare diseases" • Proven understanding of pharmacy benefit designs, prior authorization processes, and specialty pharmacy treatment pathways • Deep understanding of local, regional, and national insurance authorization policies and barriers • Knowledgeable in all applicable laws and regulations and maintain high ethical and compliance standards Compensation • $150K-$165K salary • Performance based bonus • LTI (long term incentive program Apply Job!
