Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time, 10 AM  7 PM) Position Overview: Elite Tutoring Academy is seeking a dedicated and versatile full-time Online Account Manager who is committed to prioritizing the job and ensuring smooth financial operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in QuickBooks and Excel, have a flexible approach to tasks, and possess a solid work history in similar roles. This remote position requires availability from 10 AM to 7 PM Eastern Standard Time. Key Responsibilities:  Manage and maintain client accounts, processing charges and payments with precision using QuickBooks and Excel.  Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and promptly resolve any discrepancies.  Generate detailed financial reports, summaries, and spreadsheets as required.  Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.  Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about account-related matters.  Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and accurate financial processes. Requirements:  Proven experience as an Account Manager, Bookkeeper, or in a similar role.  Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.  Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.  Dedicated, flexible, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work independently and reliably, putting the job first.  Reliable internet connection and a backup plan for power/internet outages. Preferred Qualifications:  Experience in the education or tutoring industry.  Familiarity with payroll processes and hour tracking.  Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team.
