Branch out with a warehouse career at Dollar Tree! We are looking for industrial athletes to join our amazing warehouse team! As a General Warehouse Associate, you’ll get to make a difference in a fast-paced distribution center. Current Open Shifts include 2nd Shift Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (three 12-hour shifts) 3rd Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (four 10-hour shifts) Qualification/Basic Job Requirements: • Work safely, quickly and efficiently handing freight and inventory throughout the warehouse • Ensure accurate processing, packing, loading and shipping of freight • Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged. • Unload trailers by hand and with pallet jacks and other equipment as needed • Assist in various receiving duties • Assist in other general warehouse duties on an as needed bases • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently • Ability to stand, walk, lift and load boxes 8+ hours • Team players • At least 1yr of previous warehouse experience Our pay and benefit package is one of the best in the industry including: • Base pay starting at $20/hourly • Monthly productivity bonus • $500 referral bonus – no cap!
