Roles and Responsibilities: • The bakery department must abide by strict cleaning and sanitizing protocols to minimize the risk of cross-contamination by monitoring all surfaces and equipment. • Washing your hands properly with soap and water before and after handling bakery papers is crucial in maintaining good hand hygiene. • Carry out a quality assessment on the wrappers to guarantee that they are not defective or polluted prior to utilization. • To package baked goods while maintaining sanitation, follow hygiene procedures such as wearing gloves and using utensils to reduce contact. • To promote the longevity of baked goods and preserve their quality, it is crucial to store and exhibit them in a clean and sterile environment. • Verification of compliance to sanitation standards and rules should be performed regularly to maintain quality control. • Decorates, measures, encloses, tags and promotes bakery merchandise. • Replaces used supplies and ingredients to maintain a fully stocked inventory. • The sanitation and purification of bakery areas, equipment, and utensils are necessary for food safety.
