About the position As a Data Web Application Developer on the Analytics & Behavior Change team at CVS Health, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to analyze large datasets and generate insights that inform provider networks and engagement strategies. This role is pivotal in building analytics, data, and technology platforms that enhance health care delivery, improve network performance, and elevate consumer experiences. You will work collaboratively within a cross-functional team to develop data web applications, optimize application performance, and ensure data quality. Responsibilities • Design and develop data web applications using Python code for new analytics capabilities and content using healthcare data , • Create business applications to deliver analytic solutions to constituents in a self-service fashion using Plotly Dash Enterprise , • Drive forward enterprise modernization opportunities leveraging Python and cloud-native technologies , • Communicate analytical findings to key stakeholders in a way that is easy to understand and actionable , • Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect and standardize data that helps generate insights and addresses reporting needs , • Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur , • Present information to various audiences Requirements • 1+ years of relevant data web application development experience , • 1+ year Python , • 1+ year SQL query development, working in a data warehouse environment , • 1+ year experience using Dash or Streamlit to build interactive web applications , • Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources Nice-to-haves • Experience with front end development, e.g., REACT, HTML, CSS , • Experience with cloud computing providers (GCP, Azure) , • Critical thinking and analytical skills , • Attention to detail and excellent time management , • Strong capacity for fostering collaboration and demonstrating commitment to the team's goals Benefits • Full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits , • 401(k) retirement savings plan , • Employee Stock Purchase Plan , • Fully-paid term life insurance , • Short-term and long-term disability benefits , • Well-being programs , • Education assistance , • Free development courses , • CVS store discount , • Paid Time Off (PTO) , • Paid holidays Apply Job!
