Provide timely, accurate, and empathetic responses to clients’ questions via various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. - Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client issues efficiently while ensuring that client satisfaction is achieved. Contribute to performance reports by documenting recurring issues and suggesting potential improvements. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as technical support, billing, and product development to relay client feedback and ensure seamless solutions for our clients. - Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Netflix products and services, ensuring clients receive the most accurate information. Actively seek out additional training and development opportunities to enhance your skillset. - Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and identify trends, relaying insights back to the appropriate teams to inform improvements to services and processes. • *Requirements:** - Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to provide support and exceed client expectations. - Skills and Qualities: - Adaptability: Ability to thrive in diverse environments that may change rapidly.
