Honeycomb are working with a leading Bank within Northern Ireland to recruit for a number of Customer Service Advisors. This role is a full time temporary position. This role will have the option to work from home once training has been completed. Your Responsibilities: ⢠Be the first point of contact for all customers in the bank and provide a professional, friendly and efficient service, on the telephone. ⢠You will support customers by identifying and recommending appropriate service options with quality conversations and signpost to product offerings. ⢠Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations. ⢠Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks. ⢠Managing Complaints What Are We Looking For? ⢠Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service ⢠Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills. ⢠Good Attention To Detail.
