Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate financial records by managing daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R). • Collaborate effectively with our partners, senior account managers, and account managers to ensure financial accuracy and support. • Supervise bank reconciliations and prepare comprehensive cash flow reports to uphold financial integrity. Required Skills • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the realm of business management, with a preference for candidates from the music industry. • Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Datafaction, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional communication abilities to convey complex financial information clearly and effectively. • Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. • A proactive approach and a genuine passion for the music industry.
