As we say to our team every single morning - “Are you ready to help some more people today?!” - If so, we want to meet you! $3,000 per month as a recoverable draw for the initial 3 months, THEN by 100% Commission on a DRAW PAY As many leads as you can call + Ongoing Daily Sales Training Provided 1099 contractor Performance Expectations: • Minimum of 4 Hours of Talk Time Per Day • Monday - Friday 8:20AM - 6PM • Optional weekends Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through the entire sales cycle. • Negotiate and close high-value deals, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
