Key Responsibilities • Accurately enter and maintain data within the designated platform, ensuring timeliness and precision. • Provide essential support for data entry, platform upkeep, and organization. • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain clean, organized, and current data. • Utilize Salesforce applications effectively, with a preference for candidates familiar with Changescout or similar software. • Collect and manage data proficiently, facilitating seamless project workflows. • Assist in the entry of invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasts into project cost tracking systems. • Support change management processes through the review, processing, and structuring of information. • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams and departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives. Required Skills • Relevant experience in data entry or data analysis, particularly with Salesforce platforms. • Familiarity with change management practices and tools is advantageous. • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. • Willingness to attend onsite meetings at least once a week, contingent upon location. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • Previous experience in data entry or data analysis is essential. • Familiarity with change management processes is preferred.
