Job Overview Join our esteemed organization as a Receptionist/Client Relations professional at our Garden City headquarters, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Long Island Conference Center. As the first point of contact for clients, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional service in a welcoming environment, thereby enhancing the overall client experience... Key Responsibilities • Warmly greet clients upon their arrival. • Professionally answer phone calls with clarity and efficiency. • Confirm hearings and conferences with clients to ensure seamless operations. • Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, scanning, data entry, and mailings. • Provide occasional coverage for the Receptionist at our Manhattan conference center. Required Skills • Strong communication abilities with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. • Exceptional organizational and customer service skills. • A collaborative mindset with a friendly and approachable manner. • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong focus on follow-through. • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. • A professional demeanor and appearance.
