IT SUPPORT AVAILABLE IN NEWPORT NEWS, VA Volt is immediately hiring for IT Support in Newport News, VA... As an IT Support, you will be:  Collaborating with peers on the deployment of iPads via Intune.  Utilizing the Intune console to assist with managing iPads.  Serving as primary point of contact for business stakeholders participating in proof-of-concept exercise  Performing duties as requested by management.  Responsible for documenting and troubleshooting any reported issue.  Developing and maintaining strong relationships within the IT department.  Developing and maintaining the understanding of Corporate and IT policies and procedures.  Developing good verbal and written communication skills.  Developing Âcreative thinking in troubleshooting techniques.  Developing solid customer service and follow-up skills.  Complying with defined ITIL processes. This is a Full-time Contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have:  Experience with ServiceNow preferred.  Experience supporting iPads in an enterprise environment required.  Experience working with Intune required.
