Job title: Call Center Phone Interviewer | US Remote | WFH Company: InMoment Job description: Call Center Phone Interviewer - US Remote We are excited to welcome Telephone Interviewers to join our dedicated Call Center team from the comfort of your own home (WFH)! You'll hit the ground running to help provide customer service support to InMoment customers and clients by adding your own personal touch. With the projects and initiatives ahead, the role demands smart, hardworking, and bilingual speakers to hop on board. You will be calling and collecting data in a user-friendly and professional manner by phone. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to launch your career in a fun tech environment in the booming CX space. YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are looking to recruit client-focused, professional telephone interviewers to work a variety of morning, afternoon, and early evening shifts. Applicants must have:

  • Broadband Connection
  • Desktop/Laptop with Microsoft Windows OS
  • Noise Cancelling Headset
  • Reliable Phone service landline or Cell
  • Active email account
  • Workstation quiet and free of background noise

All technology requirements must be provided by the employee and must be maintained in a good working condition. All costs to meet these requirements, including repairs, monthly telephone and internet charges are the responsibility of the employee and are not reimbursed by InMoment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct consumer research studies by phone
  • Maintain a professional and client focused approach at all times
  • Record data accurately and efficiently
  • Promote an environment conducive to high quality data collection
  • Support the management team in maintaining and improving the efficiency of the Remote Call Center Environment
  • Refer any suggestions or concerns to your Project Supervisor or a member of the Management Team

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required as full training is provided
  • Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills and good writing skills

HOURS

  • 15-28 hours per week
  • Must work a minimum of 4 hour shifts.
  • 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 9:00am-4pm
  • 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday 4pm-12am, Saturday 11am-3pm, and Sunday 2pm-6pm

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • Reports to the Call Center Manager
  • Day to day communication with the Project Supervisor
