School-Based LPN Opportunity | Immediate Start – WA Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Washington State Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours/week Duration: ASAP through the end of the current school year Pay: Starting at $35/hour Job Details: Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to support a high school male student in a school setting. This is a full-time position involving direct, 1:1 care with transportation responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
- Providing direct care to a high school male student
- Riding the bus to and from school with the student (Approx. hours: 6:45 AM – 2:10 PM)
- G-tube feedings and administration of medications (G-tube experience is required)
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Washington
- Experience with G-tube care
- Ability to commit for the remainder of the school year
- Reliable transportation for early morning pick-up
