About the Role

We're looking for a Senior UI/UX designer to join one of our high-performing, AI-first product teams. You'll be part of a small, focused team of product leaders and designers, working in one-week sprints on various projects for a dedicated client. Each week brings new challenges and objectives within your client's product ecosystem, requiring both adaptability and strong design skills.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll create modern user experiences using AI to enhance your work. You'll turn complex business needs into clear, beautiful interfaces that help shape the future of digital products.

Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs that could go viral through their unique appearance or functionality
• Use AI tools to improve your design workflow (including image generation, animation, copywriting, and Figma AI features)
• Create high-quality designs and prototypes in Figma, using components, auto-layout, and animations
• Lead rapid prototyping sessions, creating and updating designs in real-time during client workshops
• Guide the full design process from research to final UI design
• Build and maintain a design system that keeps projects consistent and scalable
• Document your AI-enhanced design processes to help train new team members
• Join client meetings to share insights and ask helpful questions

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in product-driven environments
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Ability to work US hours (9am-5pm in any US timezone)
• Location: Based in South/Central America
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions and clear design processes
• Proven ability to work independently or as part of a design team
• Experience with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes

Preferred

• Experience with B2B SaaS, productivity tools, Ed-Tech, or consumer-facing digital products
• Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks and technical feasibility considerations

• Independent Contractor role for full-time support (40hours/week)
