What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): – Analyze clinical workflows and identify areas for improvement – Assist in system implementation and integration by collaborating with IT teams – Review and analyze operational reports to ensure accuracy and compliance – Oversight of delegate activities to ensure regulatory compliance – Prepare for internal and external audits to maintain regulatory standards
What is Required (Qualifications): – Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field with 5 years of experience – Valid Registered Nursing license or equivalent – Strong computer skills and knowledge of healthcare informatics systems – Excellent communication and collaboration skills – Familiarity with State and NCQA regulatory requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): – Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics – Certification in Health Informatics – Clinical experience in a healthcare setting
