Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee daily packing operations to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders according to customer specifications. - Supervise and coordinate the activities of packing personnel, ensuring high standards of performance and productivity. - Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the packing area, proactively addressing potential hazards. - Manage inventories of packing materials, ensuring adequate supply and timely reordering to avoid production delays. - Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to resolve issues and optimize packing processes. - Monitor packing area equipment and report any malfunctions to the maintenance team for prompt repairs. - Develop and maintain accurate packing documentation, including process logs and production reports. - Provide training and guidance to new staff, promoting adherence to company policies and best practices.
Qualifications
