Minimum Qualifications

About the job As Program Manager, you will structure projects with stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution, gather and define comprehensive requirements, design new business processes, effective change management to deliver on planned benefits, and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
You will navigate the organizational structure of various functions and product areas, building strong relationships not only with partner teams but also with their stakeholders in executive management. Responsibilities Structure projects with your stakeholders, define project goals and risks to execution, and drive projects through the entire project lifecycle, including clearly communicating status, risks, and remediation plans to executive stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to document workflows, identify gaps, propose improvements, and drive consensus to achieve an agreed set of requirements, and define and monitor key metrics to measure the business impact of process improvements. Create business case and business requirements documents, and develop test plans. Track accomplishments, milestones, key issues, and/or change controls. Establish and lead working group meetings, deliver regular project status reporting, and present to Executive sponsors.
Salary Range:
$80K — $100K
Minimum Qualification
Accounting, Corporate Finance, Program Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
