- Provide continuous remote monitoring and support for critically ill patients.
- Collaborate effectively with bedside nurses, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Respond proactively to changes in patient conditions and assist in managing acute illnesses.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, contributing your insights to best practices in eICU care.
- Serve as a mentor and resource for bedside nurses in the management of critically ill patients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proficient problem-solving skills tailored to high-pressure environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care nursing.
- Current RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin or a compact state.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- ACLS certification is required within the first 6 months of employment.
