Customer Support Specialist- PT- remote- Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA
Description Our Customer Support Specialist has been called to care in their own unique way. As part of the Interim HealthCare's Customer Support Center team, you will provide positive customer experiences by answering incoming calls, after hours, in a timely and efficient manner to support operations throughout the company. Part-time, 24 hours a week, every Saturday 8pm to 8am, and Sunday 8pm to 8:30am Remote position, but must reside in Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA areas Our Customer Support team is focused on patient care through after hour calls to support our entire five state franchise (Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia). What we offer our Customer Support Specialist:
- Compensation hourly pay is in the $16-$18 range
- Daily Pay Option Available
- May be able to pick up extra shifts occasionally during the week 12am to 8:30am shift
- Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine purpose of the calls.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experience.
- Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment
- Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities. Access to use and ability to disclose PHI is further defined by each organization/department.
- Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results.
- Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift.
- High school diploma
- One (1) year experience in customer service
- Quite remote work setting
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
- Proficient in software programs and be able to navigate between computer systems.
- Ability to sit in front of computer for long periods of time.
