What You'll Do

• Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand growth and talent acquisition goals

• Create engaging, platform-specific content for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

• Manage and respond to messages, comments, and reviews with professionalism and care

• Track performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve campaigns

• Plan and manage paid promotions with a data-driven, creative approach

• Stay current on digital trends and social best practices

• Collaborate across departments to tell meaningful stories and highlight our culture

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a Social Media Specialist or Manager role, ideally in healthcare or a related field

• Strong recruitment marketing experience and talent-branding skills

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and performance strategies

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities

• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
