Data Entry Specialist Duties:
Provide internal support through data input and data entry, processing invoices, and reviewing payment statements to ensure accuracy
Enters, updates, and maintains data in internal databases relating to customers, products, and suppliers
Provides technical support to new and existing internal processes
Maintains a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Researches as needed to resolve problems
Proactively works to resolve any discrepancies and user errors
Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent typing skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask
Positive attitude

Create and maintain customer/vendor profiles
