If you're seeking a manufacturing environment where you can develop a career and enjoy the process, our team could be the perfect fit for you!What You'll Do:The Production Operator in the Downline position is responsible for ensuring optimum quality of the assembled and sealed package. This involves work with all down-stream equipment, including associated conveyors, the straw applicator, multi-wrapper, accumulator, labelers, Combitop applicator and case packers. You'll be making sure that the filled and/or assembled products are correct and ready to ship. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, Downline Operators work as part of the production team in this clean, temperature-controlled environment.What You'll Need to Succeed:High School graduate or equivalent required, eighteen (18) years or older Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages accurately. 6 mo. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility. 3 mo. Prior electric pallet jack operation and safety certification preferred. Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred. Ability to maintain a good attendance record and availability for overtime. Must be self-motivated and conscientious. Ability to work well with a team or other coworkers. Mechanical aptitude and analytical skills to solve mechanical problems.
