• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using Python and relevant frontend technologies.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze research findings and translate them into actionable insights for product development.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to communicate design recommendations.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement and maintain database schemas and optimize queries.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
• Implement cloud-based solutions for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience as a Python Developer in Fullstack development.
• Experience as a User Experience Researcher.
• Experience with GCP or other cloud provider experience.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
