As a Membership Services Representative I, you'll be the go-to person for our members, helping them feel right at home from the moment they walk through our doors.You'll handle membership inquiries, support new member registrations, and ensure that everyone has a positive experience at the Y. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all! What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting members, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and account updates, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Foster a warm and inclusive environment, helping members feel valued and connected to the YMCA community.
• Support member engagement by sharing information about YMCA programs, events, and services.

Requirements:

• A passion for working with people and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to the YMCA's mission and values (respect, responsibility, honesty, caring).
• Current CPR and First Aid certification from the American Red Cross, ASHI, or the American Heart Association (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire). Online only courses are not accepted.
