Job description: The Greer Group is recruiting a Data Entry Associate for our client in Durham!
This is a short-term position through June 20th. Monday –Friday, 9 AM –3 PM. Onsite Tuesday through Thursday, remote Monday and Friday.
- Focus on entering applicant information into the NC Pre-K Application system to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Extract personal identifying information from spreadsheets and physical application forms.
- Accurately input data into the Application, Prioritization, and Placement System (APP).
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Follow established procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with the NC Pre-K program team and report progress to the Director of Programs.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience with data entry or administrative tasks is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Comfortable working independently and in a hybrid setting (onsite and remote).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Complete a background check.
