  • Engage directly with 5-7 customers to configure and implement AI solution according to functional and performance requirements. High touch, white glove approach.
  • Driving user happiness by being in-charge of deployment at some of our key clients.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with the clients and ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to assure exceptional results with regular visits
  • Based on requirements, develop solution concepts and system architectures together in coordination with engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the product owners, business users and technical team to design and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with client’s technical team to understand requirement and draft solution proposals integrate with customers’ existing systems.
Work Location – Remote but candidates need to be located in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, New York, West Virginia, Tennessee, or Arkansas.Passport is a must have given frequent travel to clients in USA, Brazil and ColumbiaRequired Skills, Competencies & Experience:
  • 4+ years of SaaS CSM experience firm requirement
  • Managing BoB of $2-$3+ MM & some past experience in cross-sell and up-sell
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing or Industrial sectors is a huge plus
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and objectives, and tailor our platform solutions to align with their goals
  • To be open to share, communicate and discuss with colleagues and demonstrate open tolerance to recommendations and to learn and implement solutions as a team.
  • Ability to develop Healthy Customer Relationships, enhance customer training and product usability.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain high level of customer trust and confidence.
