Job description: HumanHire is partnered with a leading Bank to find a Business Development Specialist to join the organizations growing team in Syracuse.The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving membership growth, deepening community partnerships, and increasing the credit union's visibility through proactive outreach efforts.We Offer:

- Develop and execute strategies to grow membership and increase adoption of credit union products and services.
- Conduct onsite meetings and presentations at local businesses, schools, and community organizations to promote credit union offerings.
- Act as a primary point of contact for Select Employer Groups (SEGs), coordinating regular onsite visits and financial wellness sessions.
- Attend and represent the credit union at local community events, business expos, networking meetings, and partner-sponsored functions.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business partners, community leaders, and local organizations.
- 1+ years of Business Development experience within financial services
- Ability to travel to meetings and events around the Syracuse area
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
