Growing together.As a Senior Pharmacy Care Technician, you will perform live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members and their physicians/pharmacies to improve health quality outcomes (i.e., medication adherence, appropriate drug utilization). This is a hybrid-remote role. You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month and work remotely (work from home) all other days of the month.Location: 1600 McConnor Parkway, Schaumburg, IL 60173. (You will be required to work onsite 1 day per month)If you reside in Schaumburg, IL, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform telephonic customer outreach to improve health quality outcomes in collaboration with Clinical Pharmacists
• Provide additional telephonic engagement with providers and pharmacies
• Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements, triaging to a Clinical Pharmacist when appropriate
• Outbound calls to CAHPs detractors and MedAdhmembers to improve member experience and reduce barriers to adherence drugs
• Document and track member engagement

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Illinois
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• 3+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• Beginner level of proficiency with navigating Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment
• Reside within commutable distance to Schaumburg, IL office location
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am – 5pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retail and/or mail order pharmacy experience
• Experience with Part D claims adjudication
