This is a great opportunity to start your career in retail automotive and familiarize yourself with the entire dealership experience.If you've previously been a Scheduling Assistant, Appointment Setter, or Call Center Agent this role is for you!Compensation: Starting average hourly with bonus can average up to $22 per hour.Schedule: This is a full-time role Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm and two or three Saturdays a month 7am - 2pm. When working a Saturday, you can choose to take off Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during that week, or take the overtime)What We Offer

- Schedule service appointments for our guests to get their vehicle needs taken care of
- Actively listen to customers, answering their questions, and directing them appropriately as they request.
- Respond quickly to customer phone calls, texts, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries.
- Advise on maintenance recommendations.
- Confirm scheduled and missed appointments.
- Strong computer skills, including Gmail, Excel and Word (and preferably dual-screen experience)
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working on a team
