These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.WHAT WE'RE DOING: As a PCB Drafter, you will play a crucial role in creating, developing, and recommending changes to electrical parts and functional assemblies using CAD tool software. This position offers the flexibility to work both at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site and remotely on a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule.THE WORK:Responsibilities- -Create and develop electrical parts and functional assemblies using appropriate CAD tool software. -Support the creation of Printed Wiring Board (PWB) documentation, overseeing drawing details performed by others. -Maintain drawing status of all details and assemblies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project schedules and costs. -Act as a Drafting Checker as needed, ensuring the quality and accuracy of medium complexity drawings generated by other Drafting personnel. -Complete additional basic electrical duties as assigned.Please note, this position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.WHO YOU ARE: For this position we are seeking Drafting professionals who have: -The ability to work independently under general direction, with work reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and overall adequacy. -Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated interpersonal skills. -Moderate knowledge of manufacturing processes, engineering design techniques, and materials associated with Electronic Packaging. -Demonstrated leadership skills. -Applied knowledge of drafting standards.WHY JOIN US: Our culture and values are grounded in a shared sense of purpose: ensuring those who serve always stay ahead of ready.
