Job title: Data Integration Engineer (Databricks) in Boston, MA at Irvine Technology Corporation Company: Irvine Technology Corporation Job description: Data Integration Engineer (Databricks)We have an immediate need for a Data Integration Engineer (Databricks) to join our client for a 6-month+ contract position that will be 100% remote. This position will design and implement ETL processes, manage data ingestion, and ensure that data flows smoothly into the medallion architecture.Location: RemoteThis job expects to pay about $65-75/hr W2 plus benefits (Not open to C2C)What You Will Do:

• Developing and maintaining ETL processes for data ingestion.
• Configuring and managing data governance tools like Unity Catalog.
• Implementing secure data sharing mechanisms (e.g., Delta Sharing, clean-rooms).
• Collaborating with project teams to understand specific integration needs.
• Automating data pipelines and monitoring their performance.
• Marketplace data integration and automation, with good understanding of event-driven architecture, microservices and APIs.
• Must be an expert in AWS data integration solutions and the Databricks platform.

What Gets You The Job:

• Certification in Databricks and/or Snowflake Cloud
• Over 5 years of experience in ETL development using AWS data integration solutions and the Databricks platform.
• Experience in data governance tools and data sharing mechanisms.
• Ability to effectively collaborate in an Agile team environment, working alongside other developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
