Job description: Access Global Group is adding an experienced AI Applications Administrator to join our Implementation Team in a consulting capacity.

- Install, configure, and integrate AI platforms with other Enterprise Services Data platforms, ensuring seamless operation and data source connections.
- Monitor the AI platform's performance, utilizing the client's observability and alerting solutions, while identifying and addressing system capacity issues related to storage, licenses, and performance thresholds.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AI platform, recommending improvements and alternative actions based on best practices.
- Define and implement best practices for AI deployment and administration.
- Participate in the overall data platform architecture and strategy, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance platform functionality.
- This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing or other related field of study. Experience in lieu of education may be considered if the individual has ten (10) or more years of relevant experience.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer success or customer-facing engineering roles, particularly in technology-based solutions.
- Proven track record of large-scale implementation in complex solution environments.
- Strong ability to navigate, escalate, and lead efforts on complex customer or partner requests and projects.
- Proficiency with Linux command line and experience in cloud operations, specifically in Kubernetes application deployment and management.
- Aptitude for analyzing technical concepts and translating them into business terms, along with mapping business requirements to technical features.
- Familiarity with software development processes and design methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platform architecture, administration, and programming, including tools like Helm, Argo CD, Docker, and cloud networking.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a preference for candidates experienced in Identity Access Management (IAM) and those with DoD experience.
