Develop revenue generation through the creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Accountable for increasing sales/client ratio and expanding customer base.Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and research new customer and new project opportunities, identify decision makers within prospects.
- Organize and participate in discovery meetings with clients in order to identify revenue opportunities, make recommendations and determining next steps.
- Develops a business plan for each account.
- Prepare clear and effective written proposals and quotations for prospective and current customers.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of client business needs and offer the appropriate business solutions that help each achieve their strategic business goals.
- Recommend to clients additional solutions and services the company provides, highlighting the advantages of the product or service, utilizing internal tools and resources as needed.
- Develop sales skills and knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with a more experienced sales representative.
- Partners with internal resources to execute targeted deliverables within a timely manner.
- Provide extraordinary customer service throughout the sales process.
- Forecast accurately and maintain the system of record in Salesforce.com.
- Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor degree in discipline related to functional work or role with 1 years of relevant work experience OR have completed the Sales Associate Development Program.
- An exceptional level of business acumen, motivation, competitiveness, customer-driven focus, time management and multi-tasking.
- Able to compile, analyze and interpret results of data gathering.
- Must be good at identifying general trends and patterns that may need to be addressed by management.
- Clear knowledge of the selling cycle with the ability to make cold calls on a daily basis.
- Strong interpersonal skills; requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments.
- Desire to be a continuous learner of RRD's products & services.
- Able to demonstrate good problem-solving skills and appropriately apply proven solutions.
- Consistently deliver prescribed outcomes in a timely and accurate manner with appropriate guidance.
- Able to apply general functional computer knowledge in utilizing Microsoft Windows, MAC or other technical tools to complete work assignments. com knowledge and usage preferred. Valid Driver's License.
