The strategy analyst will report to the VP of Strategy and serve as a key contributor to enterprise-wide initiatives attributing to corporate development.PURPOSE + IMPACT (Duties & Essential Functions)Strategic Initiatives

• Work closely with the VP Strategy and other members of the executive team in driving strategic initiatives with the company’s financial and operational goals
• Collaborate with various departments (e.g., finance, legal, marketing, product development, operations) to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Establish frameworks, timelines, and metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and projects
• Support the executive team in making informed, data-driven decisions by synthesizing information from various sources, identifying key insights, and offering recommendations

Strategic Planning, Development, and Communication:

• Contribute to the development and execution of the company’s long-term strategic vision in collaboration with the executive leadership team
• Identify and evaluate growth opportunities in line with corporate objectives, including organic growth, acquisitions, and new market entry
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and business intelligence to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• Work closely with the VP Strategy to prepare materials and presentations for board meetings, ensuring that key updates on M&A, corporate strategy, and growth initiatives are clearly communicated

QUALIFICATIONS + EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years of experience in business strategy, business development, or a consulting-related role
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling
• Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture and make data-driven decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Former internship or analyst experience at a top-tier consulting firm (BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or similar)
