Job description: Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Plano, TX/ Hybrid location.Responsibilities:
- Data Intake and Processing:
- Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms.
- Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Salesforce Operations:
- Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data.
- Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields.
- Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including data entry, record creation, and search functions.
- Excellent knowledge of G-Suite applications, particularly Google Forms and Sheets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to follow established procedures and guidelines.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
