Sr. Accountant
Howard Financial Services is on the lookout for an Accountant with Hotel Experience to enhance our talented team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the hotel industry, providing a unique understanding of the accounting intricacies specific to hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle all accounting functions related to hotel operations, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Perform financial audits and assist in annual budgeting processes.
- Collaborate closely with management to assess financial health and support decision-making.
Requirements
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience within the hotel industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems and software.
- Proficiency in Excel and other accounting software tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
