Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, chat, and email interactions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with Apple products Educate customers on Apple products, services, and solutions to enhance their experience Accurately document customer interactions and technical issues Stay informed on the latest Apple products, services, and updates
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred) Strong technical aptitude with a passion for Apple products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus
