The Work:

• Provide virtual therapy to adolescents and adults
• Create treatment plans based on client goals and needs
• Apply your therapeutic style (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, mindfulness, etc.)
• Complete timely and professional documentation
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical standards
• Participate in case consultations as needed

You Bring:

• Active NJ license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
• Experience working with teens and adults
• A solid telehealth foundation and the comfort of working independently
• Clear, compassionate communicator — in session and in documentation

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with specialized approaches like CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care
• Bilingual fluency (not required, but a plus)
