Percentage discount on all retail merchandise and adventure passes for all team members. About the position: The Attraction Agents at Spy Ninjas HQ are at the center of the action of our attractions. As an Attraction Agent, you are outgoing, safety-conscious, and know how to create FUN memories for our guests. The attraction agent is knowledgeable about all games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on guests' interests and needs. The agent will monitor event activities and safety protocols. The attraction agent is also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in customer service. Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ. Be aware of assigned attractions and their surroundings at all times. Safety-certified on multiple attractions. Assist guests using attractions and conduct inspections. Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately. Attend regularly scheduled team member meetings and training sessions. Other duties as needed.
