Product Management Advisor

Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Essential Functions

• Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance.
• Performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.
• Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.
• Identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.
• Leads and executes complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.
• Actively coaches others in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field. Minimum Experience Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage the strategy, roadmap, & development of FedEx Global Clearance Products and Solutions. Must be customer-oriented & deliver solutions that drive key initiatives and effectively be able to develop, present, & communicate work across teams/ leadership. Expertise in customs brokerage & clearance and international Freight Forwarding/Logistics/Transportation procedures & practices a plus. Must be a strategic thinker with leadership skills and product management experience. Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. Pay: $7,094.23 - $12,533.14 Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
