Job Title: Staff-Level Full Stack Engineer (Founding Team | AI + Healthcare) Location: Remote (U.S. Based) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 base + Equity Please Note: Only candidates who have held a Founding Engineer role at a startup will be considered for this position. Hiring Process (Fast-Track): Introductory Call – 20-30 minutes with our internal recruiting team Technical Interview – 45 minutes with our Co-Founder/CTO HackerRank Take-Home Assessment – 4-hour technical evaluation Offer Stage Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will serve as a key member of our founding team. You’ll lead development efforts from the ground up and help operationalize advanced AI tools into real-world healthcare solutions. Architect and develop full-stack web applications (React, Python, Node.js) Build scalable AI-powered clinical tools and systems Lead API design, backend infrastructure, and security implementations Ensure HIPAA-compliant systems with proper logging and data protection Collaborate with AI engineers and product stakeholders to productionize LLM applications Contribute to team building and help shape engineering culture and standards Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Hands-on experience building and scaling agentic AI systems Strong knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, integration, and real-world deployment Proficiency with React and Python is required Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI frameworks Proven leadership in technical environments (team/project lead experience) Comfortable in early-stage, fast-paced environments Bonus: Experience in healthcare, machine learning, or data privacy/security Tech Stack: Frontend: ReactJS Backend: Node.js, Express.js Databases: SQL, NoSQL Cloud & DevOps: AWS / GCP / Azure, CI/CD AI/ML: Generative AI, LLMOps, model evaluation tools What We Offer: A greenfield opportunity to impact healthcare through AI innovation Direct access to founding team and product decision-making Mission-driven culture committed to improving healthcare outcomes Competitive salary: $150K–$250K base + Equity Fully remote position with flexible work arrangements Note: This is a U.S.-based remote position.
