Remote Real Estate Sales / Acquisitions Specialist
We are a top-performing Real Estate Investment Firm based in Southern New Jersey, and we’re hiring a full-time Acquisition Specialist to join our fast-growing team. This role is remote, but candidates must live within a 30–45 minute drive of South Jersey to attend property appointments as needed. - Identify and connect with potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through calls, emails, and meetings
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our services
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM system
- Stay up to date on market trends and industry best practices
Qualifications:
