In this role, RNs will assess and care for patients by leveraging video conferencing to complete admissions, discharges, communication and education on our acute care unit. This position is onsite What you will Do: Responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of optimal provision of care through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.
