Client & Growth Manager (Part-Time | Remote | Growth Role)
We’re a performance-driven digital marketing agency focused on SEO, paid media, and content strategy. We work with businesses across India and the US to drive meaningful growth. As we prepare to scale, we're looking for a Client and Growth Manager to help us strengthen client delivery, improve internal operations, and support new business opportunities. You’ll work directly with the founder and play a crucial role in building the foundation of our next growth phase.
- Own day-to-day client communication: feedback, updates, reporting
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines with internal team
- Prepare decks, performance reports, and proposals
- Support outreach efforts via email or LinkedIn
- Build internal SOPs and improve how we operate
- Join client calls or represent the agency on key projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, client success, or project/account management
- Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
- Proven ability to manage timelines, coordinate teams, and handle client-facing work
- Independent, accountable, and proactive
- Experience with SEO, paid ads, or outbound sales
- Based in India (remote-friendly)
