• Architect, implement, and enhance DEEP and Workshop-based Planning and Forecasting application workflows in Palantir Foundry.
• Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of Palantir Workshop applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines, ontologies, and workflows to solve complex telecom business challenges.
• Customize Palantir Workshop to deliver tailored solutions aligned with specific business processes and operational goals.
• Manage and optimize code repositories using Python, TypeScript, and PySpark, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Continuously optimize application performance, ensuring smooth operation within the Foundry environment.
• Work directly with telecom business users, analysts, and stakeholders to gather and document data requirements for application development.
• Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for architecture decisions, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide strategic technical direction, mentor team members, and enforce engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in data engineering, solution architecture, or application development.
• At least 2?3 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including Workshop applications, Pipelines, and Ontology modeling.
• Strong experience working in the telecom domain, including familiarity with OSS/BSS systems, network data, and forecasting workflows.
• Proficient in Python, TypeScript, and PySpark.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in a telecom environment.
