Truly all the music you love, all in one place. Description The Business Planning team is responsible for managing the P&L for Apple Music. The team’s primary focus is ensuring the overall health of the business, with a tight concentration on revenue growth and continuous cost optimization, particularly with respect to Apple Music’s Rights holder partner deals. We are looking for a Deal Planning & Assessment Expert to join our team, focusing on Rights holder partner deal architecture and assessment. This role will be responsible for developing financial structures within Rights holder partner deals, assessing the financial impact of current and proposed license agreements, and effectively communicating recommendations to business leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 10 + years experience working in complex, data-driven roles in digital music or entertainment streaming services
• Knowledge of content licensing deal structures (preferably within music streaming).
• Strong financial modeling skills and business acumen, with an eye for details.
• Advanced Excel modeling and pivot table skills.
• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics;

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters in Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau a plus.

Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $137,100 and $255,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
