Position Details: Flexible Hours: Available 6pm-9am CST (Work a schedule that fits your life!) Pay: $20 per hour Work from home – Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace Additional earning opportunities – Outbound calling available if interested What You’ll Do: ✅ Answer incoming calls with a clear, professional, and friendly tone ✅ Listen with empathy and assist callers with their inquiries ✅ Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate person or department ✅ Gather basic client information and take clear, accurate messages, task appropriately in CRM ✅ Provide exceptional customer service Who You Are: ✔Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication ✔Empathetic and patient, able to assist clients with care ✔Reliable and available during 9 AM – 9 PM, with flexible scheduling options ✔Have a quiet, distraction-free workspace for answering calls professionally ✔Detail-oriented and able to schedule appointments and transfer calls accurately ✔Interested in additional outbound calling?
